Reserves Vs Beckenham

Another game. Another day to not perform to potential. I'm not sure what it is with this squad. At training, we look like world beaters, shots go in, midfield track back and help attack, defence playing as a unit. Fast forward to Saturday and all of this goes flying straight out the window. So bad that the team we played, Beckenham Fc, who started the day bottom of the league, with 16 goals conceded and only 6 scored, run us ragged and quickly took the high ground.  So much so that they went in at HT 3-0 up . To say we were shocked is an understatement, so we changed things, made subs and went back out with the intention of quickly getting back in to the game because we knew they "shipped goals". This wasn't the case .  In fact they got another 2 and that really hurt us. We actually didn't get a clear shot in, until minute 88 when Idrisa had a shot that went just over the bar. Que the changing room, with 4 deciding to get changed outside, and one walking out during our chat because "he didn't wanna listen to this crap".  Yh great attitude that will have consequences for the next game for sure. So we March on, still searching for a break and a win. My god I think the manager at least, deserves one!!!   

Next game away to Crofton Albion in the cup.  #comeonyouderes
