Upcoming fixtures

No game for the Deres today as it’s FA Cup preliminary round day and our interest in this season’s competition is already over! Instead, a few bits of fixture news.
Next Saturday we travel to East Preston for the FA Vase first qualifying round. There’s a coach leaving PVR at 11am and the return fare is a snip at £10.
On Bank Holiday Monday we take on Welling Town in the league, and as mentioned before it’s a 1pm kickoff. It’s also the official launch day for the club’s centenary history book “A Century of Deres”, and the author will be busy selling copies outside the clubhouse (inside if wet!)
On Wednesday 31 August the Deres' youth team takes on Sittingbourne at PVR in the FA Youth Cup, with a 7pm kickoff. Your chance to come and support the Deres' youngsters and spot the future stars! - for just £3 admission (free to under-16s)
Finally two fixtures for which we don’t have dates as yet – in the SCEFL Challenge Cup first round we travel to SC Thamesmead (by 15 October) and the winners travel to Lewisham Borough (by 16 November). In the London Senior Cup first round we travel to Redbridge (by 5 November).
